At Forbidden Clothes, every single product is printed exclusively for you once you place your order. Because of this, all items are considered custom products and we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Buyer’s remorse (changing your mind after ordering)
Ordering the wrong size (size charts are provided under each product – please review carefully before placing your order)
Entering the wrong shipping address
Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but claimed as lost or stolen
Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
We will replace or refund items at our expense if:
The product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted
The order never arrives due to an error on our part or the carrier’s mishandling
Claims for misprints/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Size Orders: We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Size charts are provided for every product. Please measure carefully.
Lost/Stolen Packages: If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing it. If you believe your package was stolen, file a police report and provide us a copy. We may consider reshipping at our discretion.
Wrong Address: If an insufficient or incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned. Reshipment will be at the buyer’s expense.
Unclaimed Packages: Unclaimed shipments returned to us will require payment of new shipping charges for reshipment.
In line with Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c) and (e):
Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized are exempt from withdrawal rights.
Goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons are exempt.
Because each product is custom-made, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion.
This policy is governed by the English language, regardless of translations.
