Shipping Policy – Forbidden Clothes

At Forbidden Clothes, every product is printed exclusively for you when you order it. We do not keep inventory sitting in warehouses. This means every order is custom-made and goes through a production and shipping process before it reaches you.


Handling & Production Time

  • Our handling/production time is 3–7 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • This includes printing, sorting, and packing.

  • Once your order is produced, it is shipped out.


Estimated Shipping Times

These are standard shipping timeframes once the order leaves our facility:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

⚠️ Note: These are estimates. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

  • We do not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated during a promotion.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by your country’s customs office.

  • These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Customs policies vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

  • Use this link to follow your order’s progress.

  • If you don’t see your tracking email, check your spam folder.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows your package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. If you believe your package was stolen, please file a police report and provide us with a copy.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and work with the carrier.

  • If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the reshipment cost.

  • Unclaimed packages that are returned will also require payment for reshipment.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Provide photos of the product and your order number.

  • If the issue is our error, we’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
